We use reinforced Marine concrete for the groundslab.

Walls
Lightweight concrete is a superb choice to maintain both good isolation and a stable frame to carry the weight of roof and withstand forceful influences of nature such as rain and wind.

Roof
The clay tiles are both beautiful and strong with an extreme lifespan. Isolation in roof includes heat dissipating folio and closed air compartment.

Heating
Is in this tropical climat exchanged for a cooling system. All equipment are of the latest, most environment friendly brand, and very silent.
