As from February 10 we have now closed the last deal at The Village. All 18 villas have now found their owners.
The project started in september 2006 and we are counting to put the last brick in place sometime around Christmas 2008 or in the beginning of 2009.
It has been a tremendous time for us both to sell and build this, our first project. We have faced challenges and we have had some great surprises along the development of the Village.
